Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your Yaheetech office chair. An assembly video is provided for visual guidance.

Step 1: Attach Casters to Base
Insert the five casters (F) into the holes at the end of each leg of the chair base (E). Push firmly until they click into place.

Step 2: Insert Gas Lift
Place the gas lift (D) into the center hole of the assembled base. Important: Remove the black plastic cap from the top of the gas lift before insertion.

Step 3: Attach Armrests to Seat
Align the armrests (C) with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat (B). Secure them using the provided screws and the Allen wrench. Ensure they are tightened securely.
Step 4: Attach Mechanism to Seat
Position the chair mechanism (part of the hardware kit) onto the underside of the seat, aligning the holes. Secure it with the appropriate screws using the Allen wrench. Ensure the 'FRONT' label on the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
Step 5: Attach Backrest to Seat
Connect the backrest (A) to the seat assembly. Align the metal brackets of the backrest with the corresponding holes on the seat's underside and secure with screws.
Step 6: Connect Seat Assembly to Gas Lift
Carefully place the assembled seat onto the gas lift, ensuring the center hole of the mechanism aligns with the top of the gas lift. Press down firmly to secure.
Operating Your Chair
Your Yaheetech office chair offers several adjustable features for personalized comfort.
Adjusting Seat Height
To adjust the seat height, pull the lever located on the right side of the seat upwards. While seated, lift the lever to lower the seat. To raise the seat, lift the lever while standing or with minimal weight on the seat.
Tilting and Rocking Function
The chair features a tilt mechanism for a comfortable rocking/reclining option. Pull the lever outwards to activate the rocking motion. Push the lever inwards to lock the chair in an upright position. The tilt tension can be adjusted by turning the round knob located underneath the seat.

360-Degree Swivel
The chair's seat can swivel 360 degrees, providing essential mobility and ease of access to your workspace.
Detachable Armrests
The armrests are designed to be detachable. You can choose to use the chair with or without armrests based on your preference and space requirements. Removing them allows for a more relaxed sitting posture or to push the chair further under a desk.

Care and Maintenance
Proper care will extend the life and appearance of your chair.
- Cleaning: The supple PU leather is water-resistant. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Inspection: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
- Movement: Ensure casters are free of debris for smooth rolling.

Troubleshooting
- Chair not adjusting height: Ensure the black plastic cap has been removed from the gas lift. Check if the gas lift lever is fully engaged.
- Chair not tilting/rocking: Ensure the tilt lever is pulled outwards to enable the rocking function. Adjust the tilt tension knob if the chair feels too stiff or too loose.
- Wheels not rolling smoothly: Check casters for any trapped hair or debris and clean them. Ensure casters are fully inserted into the base.
- Chair feels unstable: Verify that all screws are securely tightened, especially those connecting the seat, backrest, and armrests.
