5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

Wipe the receiver and call buttons with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the receiver in water. The call buttons are IP55 waterproof, but avoid prolonged submersion.

5.2 Battery Replacement

The call buttons are powered by 12V 23A batteries. When a button's signal becomes weak or stops working, replace the battery. To replace, carefully open the call button casing, remove the old battery, and insert a new 12V 23A battery, ensuring correct polarity. Dispose of old batteries responsibly.

6. Troubleshooting

  • No signal from call button: Ensure the call button's battery is not depleted. Replace if necessary. Check if the receiver is plugged in and powered on.
  • Receiver not sounding: Check the volume level on the receiver. Ensure it is not set to 0dB (mute).
  • Short signal range: Large metal objects, thick walls, or other wireless devices can interfere with the signal. Try repositioning the receiver or call buttons to minimize obstructions.
  • Difficulty with settings: If you experience issues with melody or volume settings after a power outage or unplugging, refer to the setup section or perform a factory reset if available (refer to specific instructions in the included manual).
