Important Safety Information

WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in fire, electric shock, injury, or damage to the product or property.

  • Always place the humidifier on a firm, flat, water-resistant surface at least 12 inches (30 cm) away from walls and appliances.
  • Do not place the humidifier directly on carpet, towels, or other absorbent surfaces.
  • Keep the humidifier out of reach of children and pets.
  • Unplug the humidifier before filling, cleaning, or moving it.
  • Do not immerse the base in water or other liquids.
  • Only add essential oils to the designated aroma tray. Do not add essential oils directly to the water tank.
  • Use only clean, cool tap water. Distilled or demineralized water is recommended to prevent mineral buildup.
  • Do not block the mist outlet.
  • If the humidifier emits unusual sounds, smells, or smoke, unplug it immediately and contact customer support.
  • This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.

Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Placement: Place the humidifier on a flat, stable, and water-resistant surface. Ensure it is at least 12 inches (30 cm) away from walls and furniture.
  3. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the water tank and base as described in the "Maintenance" section.
  4. Fill Water:

    Lift the top cover. Pour clean, cool tap water directly into the water tank through the top opening. Do not exceed the maximum fill line. Distilled or demineralized water is recommended to minimize mineral dust.

  5. Power On: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet. The display will illuminate.

Operating Instructions

Control Panel Operation:

The humidifier features a digital display and touch controls for direct operation.

  • Power Button: Press to turn the humidifier on or off.
  • Mist Level Button: Cycle through 3 mist output levels (Low, Medium, High).
  • Mist Mode Button: Switch between Warm Mist and Cool Mist modes.

  • Auto Mode Button: Activates Auto Mode, where the humidifier automatically adjusts mist output to maintain a preset humidity level (30%-90%).
  • Sleep Mode Button: Activates Sleep Mode, which dims the display lights and reduces noise to 28dB for undisturbed rest.

  • Timer Button: Set an operating timer for automatic shut-off.

Smart App Control:

Download the "EverGlo" app from your smartphone's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your humidifier to your Wi-Fi network. The app allows for remote control of all functions, including mist levels, mist modes, scheduling, and monitoring humidity.

Voice Control:

The humidifier is compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant. Once connected via the EverGlo app, enable the Livatro skill/action in your voice assistant app. You can then use voice commands such as "Alexa, turn on the Livatro humidifier" or "Hey Google, set humidifier to warm mist."

Aromatherapy Function:

Locate the aroma tray on the side or back of the humidifier. Add a few drops of your preferred essential oil onto the aroma pad. Do not add essential oils directly into the water tank, as this can damage the unit.

Maintenance

Regular cleaning is essential for optimal performance and hygiene.

  1. Daily Maintenance:
    • Unplug the humidifier.
    • Refill the water tank with fresh water.
    • If the humidifier will not be used for an extended period, empty the water tank and dry all parts.
  2. Weekly Cleaning:
    • Unplug the humidifier.
    • Empty any remaining water from the tank and base.
    • Clean the Water Tank: Remove the top cover and wipe the inside of the tank with a soft cloth. For mineral buildup, fill the tank with a mixture of equal parts white vinegar and water, let it soak for 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

    • Clean the Base: Gently wipe the heating element and ultrasonic atomizer in the base with a soft cloth or the provided cleaning brush. Do not immerse the base in water.
    • Clean the Aroma Tray: Remove the aroma pad and clean the tray with a damp cloth. Replace the aroma pad as needed.

    • Rinse all parts thoroughly and allow them to air dry completely before reassembling.
