The SKY81 is designed for both gaming and office use, featuring a compact layout, advanced sound dampening, and customizable RGB lighting.

2. Setup
Package Contents:
Before you begin, please ensure all items are present in the package:

Connecting the Keyboard:
- Locate the Type-C USB port on the back of the keyboard.
- Connect one end of the provided Type-C USB cable to the keyboard's port.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to an available USB port on your computer (Laptop or PC).
- The keyboard is plug-and-play and should be automatically recognized by your operating system.

Operating System Compatibility:
The SKY81 keyboard supports both Windows and Mac operating systems. To switch between systems, press FN + Home.

3. Operating Instructions
Multifunctional Knob Control:
The metal knob on the keyboard serves dual functions for controlling lighting and volume.
- Default Mode (Light Control):
- Rotate the knob to adjust backlight brightness.
- Press the knob to switch between lighting effects.
- Volume Mode:
- Hold the knob for 3 seconds to switch to volume mode.
- Rotate the knob to adjust the system volume.
- Press the knob to open the media player.

RGB Backlighting Control:
The SKY81 keyboard offers extensive RGB lighting customization:
- Switch Light Modes: Press FN + DEL to cycle through 18 built-in light modes.
- Adjust Light Brightness: Press FN + ↑ (Up Arrow) to increase brightness, FN + ↓ (Down Arrow) to decrease brightness.
- Adjust Light Speed: Press FN + ← (Left Arrow) to decrease speed, FN + → (Right Arrow) to increase speed.
- Default Gaming Light Effects: Use FN + 1 ~ FN + 6 for 6 sets of pre-programmed gaming light effects.
- Custom Backlight Recording: Press FN + Back to enter custom backlight recording mode. Follow on-screen instructions or refer to the full software manual for detailed steps.
- Backlight On/Off Switch: A dedicated switch on the left side of the keyboard allows for quick toggling of the backlight.

Hot-Swappable Switches:
The SKY81 keyboard features hot-swappable sockets, allowing you to easily change switches without soldering. This keyboard is compatible with most 3-pin or 5-pin mechanical switches.
- To remove a keycap, use the keycap puller provided in the package. Gently pull upwards until the keycap detaches.
- Once the keycap is removed, use the switch puller to grasp the switch firmly. Gently rock and pull the switch upwards until it detaches from the PCB.
- To install a new switch, align the pins of the new switch with the holes on the PCB. Press down firmly until the switch clicks into place. Ensure the pins are straight to avoid bending.
- Place the desired keycap onto the new switch stem and press down until it is securely seated.

Adjustable Feet:

4. Maintenance
Cleaning the Keyboard:
- Always disconnect the keyboard from your computer before cleaning.
- Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild cleaning solution to wipe down the keycaps and chassis. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- For dust and debris between keycaps, use compressed air or a small brush.
- If removing keycaps for deeper cleaning, use the provided keycap puller to prevent damage.
General Care:
- Avoid spilling liquids on the keyboard.
- Do not expose the keyboard to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.
- Handle the detachable Type-C cable with care to prevent damage to the connector.
