4. Setup and Installation

5. Operating Instructions

  1. Connect to Generator: Plug the NEMA 14-50P male end of the generator cord into your generator's 50A output receptacle.
  2. Connect to Inlet Box: Open the flip cover of the power inlet box. Align the NEMA SS2-50R female end of the cord with the inlet box receptacle, insert, and twist clockwise to lock it securely.
  3. Verify Connection: The clear indicator light on the inlet box will illuminate when a successful power connection is established.
  4. Start Generator: Follow your generator's manufacturer instructions to start it and supply power.
  5. Disconnecting: To disconnect, first shut down your generator. Then, twist the female plug counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it from the inlet box. Finally, unplug the male end from the generator.
