3. Setup Guide

3.2 App Installation and Account Creation

1. Download the "Ebitcam Life" app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).
2. Open the app and create a new account, or log in if you already have one.

3.3 Connecting to Wi-Fi

1. In the Ebitcam Life app, tap the "+" icon to add a new device.
2. Follow the on-screen prompts to select your camera model.
3. Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The camera does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
4. Enter your Wi-Fi network password when prompted.
5. The app will generate a QR code. Position your camera to scan this QR code from your phone screen.
6. Once the camera successfully scans the QR code, it will connect to your Wi-Fi network. A voice prompt from the camera will confirm successful connection.
7. Name your camera and complete the setup process in the app.

3.4 Mounting the Camera

The Ebitcam camera can be placed freestanding on a flat surface or mounted to a wall or ceiling using the included mounting plate and screws.
