Safety Information

Setup
1. Unpacking and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove the projector from its packaging. Check for any visible damage. Ensure all accessories are present.
2. Removing the Lens Protection Material
Before operation, remove the yellow lens protection material from the projector lens. This material protects the lens during shipping and must be removed for clear projection.

3. Positioning the Projector
Place the projector on a stable, level surface or mount it securely according to the installation guide (sold separately). Ensure proper ventilation around the unit. The projector supports 360° projection, allowing for flexible installation angles.
4. Connecting Devices
Connect your video sources (e.g., computer, Blu-ray player) to the appropriate input terminals on the rear of the projector. The PT-MZ680BU7 supports HDMI and USB connectivity.

Operating Instructions
1. Powering On/Off

2. Selecting Input Source
Press the INPUT SELECT button on the control panel or remote control to cycle through available input sources (e.g., HDMI 1, HDMI 2, USB).
3. Adjusting the Image
- Focus: Use the LENS/FOCUS buttons on the control panel or remote to sharpen the image.
- Zoom: Use the LENS/ZOOM buttons to adjust the image size.
- Lens Shift: Use the LENS/SHIFT buttons to adjust the image position without moving the projector.
- Keystone Correction: If the image is trapezoidal, adjust keystone correction via the OSD (On-Screen Display) menu.
4. Menu Navigation
Press the MENU button to access the On-Screen Display. Use the arrow buttons to navigate and the ENTER button to select options. The projector offers various settings including picture modes (DICOM Simulation Mode, Daylight View 3 Technology, Rich Color Enhancer), network settings, and system configurations.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning the Projector
- Cabinet: Wipe the projector cabinet with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth and mild detergent, then wipe dry.
- Lens: Gently wipe the lens with a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for optical lenses. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

2. Laser Light Source
