Ensure the headphones are charged. Connect to a power source using the USB-C cable and allow it to charge for at least 15 minutes before attempting to power on.

6.2. Cannot Pair via Bluetooth

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the headphones are in pairing mode (flashing blue light). Try turning Bluetooth off and on again on your device. If issues persist, clear the Bluetooth device list on your headphones (refer to the Bose Music app for instructions) and try pairing again.

6.3. No Sound or Low Volume

Check the volume levels on both the headphones and your connected device. Ensure the headphones are properly paired and selected as the audio output. If using a wired connection, ensure the cable is securely plugged in at both ends.

6.4. Noise Cancellation Not Working Effectively

Ensure the headphones are properly seated on your ears, creating a good seal. Check that Quiet Mode is activated. Environmental factors can affect noise cancellation performance.
