• Voltage: Verify that supply voltage is correct by comparing it with the luminaire label information.
• Operating Temperature: Ensure ambient operating temperature of -20°C to 50°C.
• Product Lifespan: Operating the product in temperatures outside of this range will reduce the product lifespan.
• Installation: Make certain power is OFF before starting installation or attempting any maintenance. Disconnect power at fuse or circuit breaker.
• Cleaning: When cleaning, please use damp or dry cloth. Do not use any corrosive substance.

4. Setup & Installation

The JC-LGL UFO LED High Bay Light is designed for quick and easy installation. Follow these steps for proper setup.

4.1. Hook Mounting

1. Lock the Hook: Screw the provided US Hook into the fixture's top mounting point.
2. Tighten the Set Screw: Secure the hook by tightening the set screw on the fixture.
3. Hang the Fixture: Hang the light fixture securely from a suitable ceiling structure using the installed hook.
4. Install the Lock Screw: Attach the safety rope to the fixture and a secure point on the ceiling to prevent accidental falls.

4.2. Wiring Options

The light comes with a 6FT power cord and a standard US 3-prong plug for plug-and-play convenience. It also supports hardwiring for permanent installations.

• Plug-and-Play: Simply plug the 3-prong plug into a compatible power outlet.
• Hardwiring: For permanent installations, the fixture can be hardwired. This requires cutting off the plug and connecting the wires directly to your electrical system. (Consult a qualified electrician for hardwiring.)

4.3. Power Switch Settings (Dimming)

The light features a 0-10V dimmable function. A dimmer switch is not included and must be purchased separately if dimming functionality is desired. The fixture also has a built-in power switch for adjusting brightness levels (H: 100%, M: 80%, L: 60%).

5. Operating Instructions

Once installed, operating your JC-LGL UFO LED High Bay Light is straightforward:

1. Power On/Off: If using the plug-and-play method, simply plug the fixture into an outlet to turn it on, and unplug to turn it off. For hardwired installations, use the designated wall switch.
2. Adjust Brightness (Manual): Locate the power switch on the fixture. Select H (100%), M (80%), or L (60%) to set the desired brightness level.
3. Adjust Brightness (0-10V Dimmer): If a 0-10V dimmer switch is installed, use the dimmer to smoothly adjust the light output from 0% to 100%.

6. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your high bay light, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Cleaning: Regularly clean the fixture with a damp or dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish or internal components.
• Inspection: Periodically inspect the power cord, hook, and safety rope for any signs of wear or damage. Replace any damaged components immediately.
• Heat Dissipation: Ensure that the heat sink fins are free from dust and debris to maintain efficient heat dissipation.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your JC-LGL UFO LED High Bay Light, refer to the following troubleshooting tips:

• Light Not Turning On:
  • Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet.
  • Verify that the circuit breaker or fuse is not tripped.
  • Ensure the manual power switch on the fixture is set to an 'On' position (H, M, or L).
• Light Flickering:
  • Check for loose wiring connections.
  • Ensure the voltage supply is stable and within the specified range (100-277V).
  • If using a dimmer, ensure it is compatible with 0-10V LED dimming and is functioning correctly.
• Reduced Brightness:
  • Verify the manual power switch on the fixture is not set to a lower brightness level (M or L).
  • If using a dimmer, ensure it is set to the maximum brightness.
  • Clean the lens of the fixture to remove any dust or dirt buildup.
