  • Cable Management: Periodically check all cable connections to ensure they are secure and free from kinks or damage.
  • Software Updates: Check the official ULTIMEA website for any available firmware updates that may improve performance or add new features.

No Sound from Soundbar

  • Check Power: Ensure the soundbar and subwoofer are properly plugged into power outlets and turned on.
  • Input Selection: Verify that the correct input source (e.g., eARC, Optical, AUX, Bluetooth) is selected on the soundbar and matches your TV's output.
  • Cable Connections: Confirm all audio cables (HDMI, Optical, AUX) are securely connected to both the TV and the soundbar.
  • TV Audio Settings:
    • Ensure your TV's sound output is set to the correct external audio device (e.g., Receiver (HDMI-eARC), Optical, AUX).
    • Check your TV's Digital Audio Format settings. It should typically be set to "Auto," "Passthrough," or "PCM." Some TVs may require specific settings for Dolby Atmos.
  • Subwoofer Pairing: If the subwoofer is not producing sound, ensure it is successfully paired with the soundbar. Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the subwoofer for 5 seconds until the white LED is solid, indicating successful pairing.

  • Interference: Ensure the wireless subwoofer is not too far from the soundbar or obstructed by large metal objects, which could interfere with the wireless signal.
  • Power Cycle: Turn off both the soundbar and subwoofer, unplug them from power for a few minutes, then plug them back in and power them on.
