4. Operating Instructions
Once assembled, your GDOR GS383 juicer is ready for use.
- Prepare Ingredients: Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly. For the 3.4-inch wide feed chute, most whole fruits and vegetables can be juiced without pre-cutting. Remove large seeds or hard pits from fruits like peaches or avocados.
- Select Speed: Turn the control knob to the desired speed setting:
- 'I' (Low Speed): Ideal for soft fruits and vegetables such as oranges, grapes, tomatoes, and berries.
- 'II' (Fast Speed): Suitable for hard fruits and vegetables like apples, carrots, celery, and kale.
- Start Juicing: With the motor running, gradually feed the prepared ingredients into the feed chute using the food pusher. Apply gentle, even pressure. Do not force ingredients into the chute.
- Monitor Juice & Pulp: The transparent design allows you to monitor the juicing process. The juice will flow into the juice jug, and pulp will collect in the pulp container.
- After Juicing: Once all ingredients are juiced, turn the control knob to '0' (Off) and unplug the appliance.
