Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the lights with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt and dust. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the product's finish or internal components.
  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the lights in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Battery Care: For optimal battery life, charge the battery regularly, even if the lights are not used frequently. Avoid fully discharging the battery for extended periods, as this can reduce its overall lifespan.

Troubleshooting

  • Light Not Turning On:
    • Check if the battery is charged. Recharge the light if the battery level is low.
    • Ensure the power button is pressed correctly and held for the appropriate duration if required.
  • Light Not Holding Charge:
    • Verify that the charging cable and the USB power source are functioning correctly.
    • Ensure the charging port on the light is clean and free of any debris that might obstruct the connection.
  • Horn Not Working:
    • Check the connection of the speaker button cable to the headlight. Ensure it is securely plugged in.
    • Inspect the horn button for any visible damage.
  • Water Ingress: While the lights are IP65 rated for water resistance, avoid submerging them in water. If water accidentally enters the unit, allow it to dry completely in a well-ventilated area before attempting to use it again.

Safety Information

  • Always ensure the bicycle lights are securely mounted to your bicycle before each ride to prevent them from falling off.
  • Adjust the headlight beam angle to illuminate the path effectively without dazzling oncoming pedestrians or vehicle drivers.
  • Do not look directly into the light beam for extended periods, as the high lumen output can cause temporary eye strain or discomfort.
  • The IP65 waterproof rating provides protection against splashes and rain but does not guarantee protection against submersion in water.
  • Regularly check the battery level to ensure sufficient power for your planned ride, especially during night cycling.
