5.1 Power Supply
The monitor can be powered by either 4 AAA batteries or a USB-C cable.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Applying the Cuff
Correct cuff placement is crucial for accurate readings.
- Sit comfortably with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
- Place the cuff on your bare upper left arm, approximately 2-3 cm (about one finger's width) above your elbow joint. The air tube should run down the center of your arm.
- Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight. You should be able to insert one finger between your arm and the cuff.
- Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is at the same level as your heart.

6.2 Taking a Measurement
Once the cuff is correctly applied and you are in a relaxed position:
- Press the START/STOP button. The cuff will begin to inflate automatically.
- Remain still and silent during the measurement. Avoid talking or moving your arm.
- Once the measurement is complete, the cuff will deflate, and your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen. The result will be automatically saved to the selected user's memory.
- Press the START/STOP button again to turn off the device, or it will automatically shut off after a period of inactivity.
6.3 Tips for Accurate Measurement
- Sit for at least 5 minutes before measurement.
- Wait at least 3 minutes between measurements if taking multiple readings.
- Measure at least 30 minutes after eating, bathing, or exercising.
- Do not measure within 30 minutes after exercising, smoking, or drinking alcohol.
- Do not wear thick clothes; wear a short sleeve or thin garment during measurement.
- Do not compress or restrict the air hose or the cuff when taking measurements.

6.4 Dual User Mode
The monitor supports two individual users, each with 99 memory slots. To switch between User 1 and User 2, press the 'SET' button when the device is off or in standby mode until the user icon flashes, then use the 'MEM' button to toggle between users. Press 'SET' to confirm.

6.5 Memory Functions
To view past measurements, press the MEM button when the device is off or in standby mode. Each press will cycle through the stored readings for the currently selected user, displaying systolic, diastolic, pulse, and the date/time of the measurement.
7. Understanding Your Readings
The monitor displays three key values: Systolic pressure, Diastolic pressure, and Pulse rate. It also features an Irregular Heartbeat Detector and a color-coded indicator based on WHO (World Health Organization) guidelines.
- Systolic Pressure (SYS): The top number, indicating the pressure in your arteries when your heart beats.
- Diastolic Pressure (DIA): The bottom number, indicating the pressure in your arteries between beats.
- Pulse Rate (PUL): Your heart rate, measured in beats per minute.
- Irregular Heartbeat Detector: An icon will appear on the display if an irregular heartbeat is detected during measurement. If this icon appears frequently, consult your physician.
7.1 WHO Blood Pressure Classification Indicator
The monitor provides an instant visual assessment of your blood pressure level using a color-coded indicator on the left side of the display:
- Green: Optimal/Normal Blood Pressure
- Yellow: Normal-High / Pre-Hypertension
- Red: Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)

8. Maintenance and Care
- Cleaning: Wipe the monitor and cuff gently with a soft, dry cloth. If necessary, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap, then wipe dry. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
- Storage: Store the device in its carrying bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and humidity.
- Batteries: Remove batteries if the device will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage.
- Cuff Care: Do not fold the cuff tightly or twist the air tube excessively.
