The Cuisinart Smart Power Blender offers versatile functions for various culinary tasks:

  • Speed Settings: Use the control dial to select your desired speed:
    • 0: Off position.
    • P (Pulse): Provides short bursts of power for chopping, dicing, or quick blending. Hold the dial in the 'P' position for as long as needed, then release to return to '0'. Ideal for ice crushing.
    • 1 (Low Speed): Suitable for lighter mixtures, stirring, and gentle blending.
    • 2 (High Speed): For heavier mixtures, pureeing, emulsifying, and achieving smooth consistencies.
  • Blending: Turn the dial to speed '1' or '2' to begin continuous blending.
  • Ice Crushing: Use the 'P' (Pulse) function for effective ice crushing. Add ice cubes to the jar and pulse until desired consistency is reached.
  • Finishing: Once blending is complete, turn the dial back to '0' and unplug the appliance.
