3. Setup

3.1 Initial Connection

Before powering on your Ampero II Stage, ensure all necessary audio and MIDI connections are made. Connect your instrument to the Input jack. Use the Output jacks to connect to your amplifier, mixer, or audio interface. The Ampero II Press pedal connects to the EXP/CTRL inputs for expression or switching functions.

3.2 Powering On

Connect the provided power adapter to the DC 9V/1A or DC 18V/0.7A power input on the rear panel. Flip the POWER switch to the ON position. The device will boot up, and the touchscreen will display the main interface.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Basic Operation

The Ampero II Stage features a user-friendly interface with a 5-inch dynamic touchscreen and intuitive physical controls. Use the footswitches to switch between patches or engage/disengage effects. The MENU/VALUE knob allows for navigation and parameter adjustment on the screen.

4.2 Navigating the Interface

The touchscreen is your primary interface for detailed editing. Tap on modules to access their parameters, and use the physical knobs below the screen for quick adjustments. Swipe left or right to navigate through different screens or menus.

4.3 Patch Management

The Ampero II Stage allows you to store and recall a vast number of patches. Use the BANK footswitches to navigate through banks of presets. Individual footswitches (1-5) can be assigned to specific patches or stompbox modes. To save a modified patch, access the save menu via the touchscreen.

4.4 Expression Pedal Usage

The Ampero II Press SP-35 is a passive switching/expression pedal designed to work seamlessly with the Ampero II Stage. Connect it to the EXP/CTRL inputs on the Ampero II Stage. It can be configured to control various parameters such as volume, wah, or other effect parameters, providing dynamic real-time control over your sound.

5.1 Cleaning
