Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues, refer to the following common solutions:

  • No Display Output:
    • Ensure your host device's USB-C port supports video output (DisplayPort Alt Mode).
    • Verify that the HDMI cables are securely connected to both the docking station and the monitors.
    • Check your computer's display settings to detect and configure the external monitors.
    • For macOS users, remember that only mirror mode is supported for external displays.
  • Slow Charging for Phone/Devices:
    • The maximum charging power for phones via the D62 interface is 15W.
    • Reduce the number of devices connected to the docking station to increase available charging power for specific ports.
    • Ensure your power adapter connected to the PD port provides sufficient wattage (up to 100W).
  • Peripherals Not Recognized or Disconnecting:
    • Ensure the host cable is firmly connected to your laptop.
    • Try connecting the peripheral directly to your laptop to rule out device-specific issues.
    • Disconnect and reconnect the docking station from your laptop.
    • Ensure your laptop's drivers are up to date.
  • Docking Station Overheating:
    • The aluminum casing helps dissipate heat. Ensure the device is placed in a well-ventilated area.
    • Avoid covering the docking station during use.
    • If using high-power devices, some warmth is normal. If it becomes excessively hot, disconnect some peripherals or the power source.
