Setup Instructions

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, flat surface. Verify against the package contents list.
  2. Assemble Base Frame: Connect the main base supports according to the diagrams in the included manual. Secure all bolts finger-tight initially.
  3. Install Upright Posts: Attach the vertical posts to the base frame. Ensure they are aligned correctly before tightening bolts.
  4. Attach Pulleys and Cables: Route the cables through the designated pulleys as shown in the manual. Ensure cables are not twisted and move freely. The machine includes two main pulley cables and one additional for redundancy.
  5. Mount Seat and Knee Support: Attach the thick seated cushion and knee support to their respective posts. Do not fully tighten yet, as these are adjustable.
  6. Install Weight Pin Mechanism: Secure the weight pin assembly. Ensure it can accommodate both 1-inch and 2-inch weight plates.
  7. Attach Handles: Connect the Upper Bar Handle and Low Row Bar Handle to their respective cable attachments.
  8. Final Tightening: Once all components are in place and aligned, systematically tighten all bolts and nuts using the provided wrench. Do not overtighten.
  9. Stability Check: Gently shake the assembled machine to ensure stability. If any wobbling occurs, re-check all connections.
