- Storage: When not in use, store the USB receiver securely in its designated slot at the bottom of the mouse to prevent loss.
8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your AULA SC580 mouse, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Mouse Not Responding:
- Ensure the mouse is powered on and the correct connection mode (2.4G or BT) is selected.
- For 2.4G mode, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port. Try a different USB port.
- For Bluetooth mode, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the mouse is paired. Try re-pairing the mouse.
- Check the battery level and charge the mouse if necessary.
- Lag or Disconnection:
- Ensure there are no strong wireless interference sources nearby (e.g., other 2.4GHz devices, Wi-Fi routers).
- Move the mouse closer to the USB receiver or Bluetooth device.
- Ensure the mouse surface is clean and suitable for optical tracking.
- DPI Adjustment Not Working:
- Ensure the mouse is not in a mode where DPI adjustment is restricted (e.g., some Bluetooth modes might not support on-the-fly DPI changes via the button).
- If using the software, ensure it is correctly installed and running.
- Charging Issues:
- Ensure the USB-C cable is properly connected to both the mouse and the power source.
- Try a different USB port or charging adapter.
