1. Safety Information

Please read all instructions carefully before assembly and use. Retain this manual for future reference.

• Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 350 lbs (158 kg).
• Assembly: Ensure all components are securely fastened before use. Do not use the chair if any parts are missing or damaged.
• Stability: Avoid standing on the chair or using it as a step stool. Do not lean excessively to one side when reclining.

2. Product Components

Before beginning assembly, verify that all parts are present and undamaged. Refer to the diagram below for component identification.

3. Setup and Assembly

Assembly typically requires one person and takes approximately 20-40 minutes. An Allen wrench is usually included. Follow these general steps:

1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert the five casters into the holes on the star base. Press firmly until they click into place.
2. Install Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the star base. Cover it with the telescopic plastic cover.
3. Assemble Mechanism to Seat: Attach the seat mechanism to the underside of the seat cushion using the provided screws. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
4. Attach Armrests: Secure the integrated armrests to the seat cushion using the designated screws.
5. Connect Backrest to Seat: Align the backrest with the seat and attach it using the screws. Ensure the recline mechanism is properly engaged.
6. Mount Seat Assembly to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder. Press down firmly to secure.
7. Install Lumbar and Headrest Pillows: Attach the adjustable memory foam lumbar pillow and headrest pillow as desired for support.
8. Attach Footrest: Slide the retractable footrest into its designated slots beneath the seat.

After assembly, test all functions to ensure proper operation and stability.

4. Operating Instructions

The Vigosit Gaming Chair PRO offers several adjustable features for personalized comfort.

4.1 Height Adjustment

To adjust the chair height, pull the lever located on the right side of the seat upwards. While pulling the lever:

• To raise the chair: Lift your weight off the seat.
• To lower the chair: Remain seated and apply downward pressure.

Release the lever to lock the chair at the desired height.

4.2 Recline Function

The backrest can recline between 90 and 155 degrees. To recline:

• Locate the recline lever on the left side of the seat.
• Pull the lever upwards and lean back to the desired angle.
• Release the lever to lock the backrest in position.

To return the backrest to an upright position, pull the lever and lean forward slightly.

4.3 Retractable Footrest

To use the footrest:

• Pull the footrest handle located beneath the front of the seat outwards.
• Extend the footrest to your desired length.
• To retract, push the footrest back into its storage position.

4.4 Lumbar Support and Headrest

The memory foam lumbar pillow and headrest are adjustable. Position them along the straps on the backrest to provide optimal support for your lower back and neck.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance helps prolong the life and appearance of your Vigosit Gaming Chair PRO.

• Cleaning PU Leather: Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild soap solution and immediately wipe dry. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Cleaning Mesh Fabric: Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to remove dust and debris. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary.
• Casters: Periodically check casters for hair or debris buildup and clean as needed to ensure smooth movement.
• Fasteners: Every few months, check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Retighten if loose to maintain stability and prevent wobbling.
• Gas Lift: Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the gas lift cylinder. If it malfunctions, contact customer support.
