Setup

1. Battery Installation

The robot dog requires 2 rechargeable 3.7V lithium-ion batteries. The remote control requires 2 AA batteries (not included).

Robot Dog Battery:

  1. Using the provided screwdriver, open the battery compartment on the underside of the robot dog.
  2. Insert one 3.7V rechargeable battery, ensuring correct polarity.
  3. Close the battery compartment and secure it with the screw.

Remote Control Battery:

  1. Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
  2. Insert 2 AA batteries, observing correct polarity.
  3. Close the battery compartment.

Gesture Sensing Watch Battery:

The gesture sensing watch has a built-in rechargeable battery. No installation is required.

2. Charging the Robot Dog Batteries

Each 3.7V lithium-ion battery provides approximately 20-30 minutes of playtime after a 0.5-hour charge.

  1. Connect the 3.7V rechargeable battery to the USB charging cable.
  2. Plug the USB charging cable into a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer, USB wall adapter).
  3. The indicator light on the USB cable will show charging status (refer to cable instructions for specific light behavior).
  4. Once fully charged, disconnect the battery from the cable.

3. Pairing the Controls

Turn on the robot dog using the power switch. Then, turn on your preferred control method (remote control or gesture sensing watch). The robot dog and controller should automatically pair. If pairing fails, turn both devices off and on again.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

Robot does not turn on.Ensure batteries are fully charged and correctly installed. Check the power switch.
Remote control/watch not responding.Check batteries in the remote control. Ensure both robot and controller are powered on and paired. Try re-pairing by turning both off and on.
