Product Overview

The Dpofirs Digital Peephole Door Camera consists of two main parts: the outdoor camera unit and the indoor monitor unit.

Setup

1. Charging the Device

Before initial use, ensure both the indoor monitor and outdoor doorbell unit are fully charged. Connect the provided USB cable to the respective charging ports and a 5V 2A power adapter (not included). The charging indicator will illuminate during charging and turn off when complete.

2. Installing the Outdoor Doorbell Unit

1. Remove Existing Peephole: Unscrew and remove your current peephole from the door.
2. Insert Camera Cable: Pass the cable from the outdoor doorbell unit through the peephole hole in the door.
3. Position Outdoor Unit: Place the outdoor unit flush against the exterior of the door, ensuring the camera lens is centered.

3. Installing the Indoor Monitor Unit

1. Attach Mounting Plate: Secure the mounting plate to the interior side of the door, aligning it with the peephole hole. Use the provided screws and expansion tubes if necessary.
2. Connect Cable: Connect the cable from the outdoor unit to the corresponding port on the indoor monitor.
3. Mount Monitor: Slide the indoor monitor onto the mounting plate until it clicks securely into place.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

Press and hold the power button on the indoor monitor to turn the device on or off.

2. Viewing Outside

When someone presses the doorbell button on the outdoor unit, the indoor monitor will automatically display the live view. You can also manually press the view button on the indoor monitor to see outside at any time.

3. Two-Way Intercom

When the doorbell rings, or you are viewing the live feed, press the intercom button on the indoor monitor to initiate two-way communication with the visitor outside.

4. Night Vision

The device features LED dark scene fill light, which automatically activates in low-light conditions to provide clear visibility at night.

5. Recording and Storage

To record video or take photos, a memory card (up to 256G, not included) must be inserted into the indoor monitor's slot. The device supports automatic recording upon doorbell press or motion detection (if enabled in settings). Refer to the on-screen menu for specific recording and playback options.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Wipe the camera lens and monitor screen with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the surfaces.

Battery Care

Memory Card Management

  Solution: Ensure the outdoor unit cable is securely connected to the indoor monitor. Check if the device is powered on and fully charged.

• Doorbell not ringing:
  Solution: Verify the outdoor doorbell button is functioning. Check the volume settings on the indoor monitor.
• Battery not holding charge:
