Setup

1. Charging the Batteries

The RC truck comes with two 7.4V 1500mAh Li-ion batteries. Fully charge both batteries before first use.

  1. Connect the USB charging cable to a USB power adapter (not included, 5V/2A recommended).
  2. Connect the battery to the charging cable.
  3. The indicator light on the USB charger will show the charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for fully charged).
  4. Charging typically takes 3-4 hours per battery. Do not overcharge.

2. Installing Batteries in the RC Truck

  1. Remove the body clips and lift the truck body to access the battery compartment.
  2. Place a fully charged 7.4V 1500mAh Li-ion battery into the battery compartment.
  3. Connect the battery connector to the vehicle's power connector.
  4. Carefully replace the truck body and secure it with the body clips.

3. Installing Batteries in the Remote Control

  1. Open the battery cover on the back of the remote control.
  2. Insert 3 AA batteries (not included) into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity.
  3. Close the battery cover.

4. Pairing the Remote Control with the Truck

  1. Ensure both the RC truck and the remote control are turned off.
  2. Turn on the RC truck. The indicator light on the truck will flash.
  3. Turn on the remote control. The indicator light on the remote will flash and then become solid, indicating successful pairing.
  4. If pairing fails, turn off both devices and repeat the steps.

Operating Instructions

1. Basic Controls

  • Steering Wheel: Turn left or right to control the direction of the truck.
  • Throttle Trigger: Pull to move forward, push to brake/reverse.
  • Steering Trim: Adjusts the steering to ensure the truck drives straight when the steering wheel is centered.
  • Throttle Trim: Adjusts the throttle to ensure the truck remains stationary when the trigger is released.
  • Speed Switch: Adjusts the maximum speed of the truck (usually a dial or button on the remote).

2. Driving Tips

  • Start in an open area free of obstacles.
  • Begin with low speed settings to familiarize yourself with the controls.
  • The 4WD system and anti-slip tires allow for operation on various terrains including sand, grass, and mud.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to water, despite the IPX5 waterproof receiver, to protect other electronic components.
  • The truck can reach speeds up to 50 KM/H (30 MPH) under optimal conditions.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

  • After each use, especially on dirty or dusty terrains, clean the truck using the provided brush or a soft cloth.
  • Remove any debris from the wheels, suspension, and chassis.
  • Do not use water directly on electronic components unless specified as waterproof. The receiver is IPX5 rated, but other parts may not be.

2. Storage

  • Store the RC truck and remote control in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Remove batteries from both the truck and the remote control if storing for extended periods to prevent leakage.

3. Component Inspection

  • Regularly inspect the metal transmission system (differential, dog bones, ball bearings, drive shaft) for wear or damage.
  • Check tires for wear and ensure they are securely attached.
  • Ensure all screws and fasteners are tight.

Troubleshooting
