- Prepare the Windshield: Clean the area on your windshield where you intend to mount the front dash cam. Ensure it is free of dust and grease for optimal adhesive performance.
- Apply Electrostatic Sticker: Place one of the electrostatic stickers on the cleaned area of the windshield. This helps in easy removal of the dash cam without leaving residue.
- Mount the Front Dash Cam: Attach the 3M adhesive tape to the dash cam's bracket. Firmly press the dash cam onto the electrostatic sticker on the windshield, ensuring the lens has a clear view of the road. The 120° adjustable bracket allows for optimal angle adjustment.

- Insert SD Card: The 64GB SD card is pre-inserted. If replacing or inserting a new card (supports up to 256GB), ensure it is formatted before first use. The SD card slot is located on the side of the main unit.
- Connect Power: Connect the USB-C end of the car charger cable to the dash cam. Route the cable neatly along the windshield edge and down to your vehicle's 12V cigarette lighter socket. Use the provided crowbar and cable clips to tuck the cable for a clean installation.

Operating Instructions
Basic Operation
- Automatic Recording: The dash cam automatically starts recording when powered on and stops when the power is cut off.
- Loop Recording: Newly recorded videos will automatically overwrite the oldest unlocked videos when the SD card is full. This ensures continuous recording.
- Emergency Lock (G-Sensor): In the event of a sudden collision or impact, the built-in G-sensor will automatically detect the event and lock the current video file, preventing it from being overwritten by loop recording.
- Manual Lock: Press the emergency lock button on the dash cam to manually lock the current recording.
App Control (GKU GO App)
The GKU D600Pro features 5.8GHz WiFi for faster data transfer and app control. Download the "GKU GO" app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Connect to WiFi: Turn on the dash cam's WiFi via its settings. On your smartphone, connect to the dash cam's WiFi network (SSID and password can be found in the dash cam's settings or user manual).
- Live View: Open the GKU GO app to view a live feed from the front and rear cameras.
- Video Playback & Download: Browse recorded videos, play them back, and download important footage directly to your smartphone.
- Settings Adjustment: Adjust various dash cam settings, including resolution, parking mode, G-sensor sensitivity, and more, directly from the app.

Parking Monitoring
The D600Pro offers two 24/48/72H parking modes. A hardwire kit (not included) is required to enable continuous parking monitoring.
- Collision Detection Mode: Automatically records a 30-second emergency video upon detecting a collision while parked.
- Time-Lapse Recording Mode: Records at a low frame rate (1/2/5 frames per second) after the engine is off, conserving power and allowing for condensed playback of long parking periods.

GPS Functionality
The built-in GPS records driving speed (km/h or mph), route, and real-time latitude and longitude. GPS logs can be viewed on the app or played back on your PC using the provided activation code for the PC player.
Maintenance
- SD Card Formatting: Regularly format the SD card (at least once a month) to ensure optimal performance and prevent data corruption. This can be done via the dash cam's settings or the GKU GO app.
- Lens Cleaning: Keep the camera lenses clean using a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid abrasive materials that could scratch the lens.
- Firmware Updates: Check the GKU official website or the GKU GO app for available firmware updates. Keeping your firmware updated ensures the best performance and access to new features.
- Temperature Considerations: The D600Pro is designed to withstand extreme temperatures (-4°F to 158°F). However, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight in extremely hot conditions may affect device longevity.
