1. Product Overview

3. Setup Instructions

3.1 Assembly

  1. Place the main feeder unit on a flat, stable surface.
  2. Attach the food storage container to the top of the main unit. Ensure it is securely seated.
  3. Insert the two stainless steel bowls into their designated slots on either side of the feeder base.
  4. Place the lid securely on top of the food storage container.

3.2 Power Connection

Connect the power adapter to the feeder's power port and plug it into a standard electrical outlet. For reliable operation, continuous power supply via the adapter is recommended.

For backup power, insert four (4) AA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment located at the bottom of the unit. Batteries are intended for emergency use during power outages and should not be the primary power source.

3.3 Filling the Food Container

Open the lid of the food storage container and pour dry kibble into it. The container has a capacity of 5 liters (approximately 20 cups). Ensure the kibble size is less than 0.5 inches (1.27 cm) in diameter to prevent jamming.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Setting Current Time

Use the control dial on the front panel to set the current time. Rotate the dial to adjust the hours and minutes, then press to confirm. The display will show AM/PM indicators.

4.2 Programming Feeding Schedule

The feeder allows for up to 6 meals per day. For each meal, you can set the time and the number of portions (1 portion ≈ 10 grams ≈ 1/12 cup). The portion amount refers to the kibble dispensed into each bowl.

  1. Access the feeding plan settings using the control panel.
  2. Select the desired meal number (1-6).
  3. Set the feeding time for that meal using the dial.
  4. Set the number of portions to be dispensed for that meal (1-36 portions).
  5. Repeat for all desired meals.

4.3 Voice Recording

You can record a 10-second voice message that will play before each scheduled meal to call your pets. Follow the instructions in the user interface to record and save your message.

4.4 Manual Feeding

To dispense food manually outside of the scheduled times, locate the manual feed button or option on the control panel and activate it. This will dispense one portion of food into each bowl.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

5.1 Regular Cleaning

To maintain hygiene and proper function, regular cleaning of the feeder is essential.

  • Stainless Steel Bowls: The stainless steel bowls are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. Remove them from the feeder and wash them regularly.
  • Food Storage Container and Lid: Wipe the food storage container and lid with a damp cloth. Ensure they are completely dry before refilling with food.
  • Main Feeder Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.

5.2 Food Refill

Monitor the food level in the transparent container. Refill as needed to ensure continuous feeding for your pets. Always ensure the lid is securely closed after refilling to maintain food freshness.
