2. Safety Information

• Adult Assembly Required: This product requires assembly by at least two adults.

5. Attach Bed Frame to Wall Unit: Carefully attach the assembled bed frame to the wall unit using the specified hinges and hardware. This step often requires two people due to the weight and size.

5. Operating Instructions

The DERCASS Murphy Bed is designed for ease of use. Always ensure the area around the bed is clear before operating the mechanism.

5.1 Deploying the Bed (From Sofa to Bed):

1. Clear the Area: Ensure there are no obstructions in front of the wall unit.
2. Grasp Handles: Locate the handles on the front panel of the wall unit (which is the underside of the bed frame when stowed).
3. Lower Bed: Gently pull the handles downwards. The dual piston mechanism will assist in smoothly lowering the bed frame. Guide the bed frame down until it is fully horizontal.
