1. Important Safety Instructions

3. Setup

4. Operating Instructions

Temperature Control:

The roaster oven features a wide temperature range from 150℉ to 450℉, controlled by a simple knob. This allows for versatile cooking options, including roasting, baking, slow cooking, defrosting, and keeping warm.

Roasting:

This roaster oven is ideal for roasting large items like turkeys (up to 28 lbs) or other meats.

1. Place the roasting rack inside the removable pan.
2. Prepare your food (e.g., turkey) and place it on the roasting rack.
3. Cover the roaster oven with the self-basting lid. The lid captures steam and circulates it back onto the food, ensuring moisture and enhancing flavor without frequent basting.
