4. Operating Guidelines

4.1 Water Resistance

This OLEVS watch is water-resistant up to 30 meters (3 ATM). This rating means the watch is suitable for daily use, including hand washing, rain exposure, and brief immersion in water during activities like sailing or water sports. It is not suitable for deep diving or prolonged submersion. Do not press any buttons or operate the crown while the watch is underwater.

5. Maintenance

5.1 General Care

  • Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight for prolonged periods, or strong magnetic fields.
  • Wipe the watch case and crystal with a soft, dry cloth regularly to remove dust and smudges.
  • Avoid contact with chemicals such as solvents, detergents, perfumes, and cosmetics, as these can damage the case, strap, or seals.

5.2 Leather Strap Care

The leather strap is designed for comfort and durability. To maintain its condition:

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to water or moisture. If it gets wet, dry it gently with a soft cloth and allow it to air dry completely.
  • Keep the strap away from direct sunlight and heat to prevent fading and cracking.
  • Clean the strap with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary, then wipe dry.
