Setup

1. Charging Your Smart Watch

Before first use, fully charge your G20 Smart Watch. Connect the magnetic charger to the charging points on the back of the watch and plug the USB end into a power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and provides up to 7 days of typical use or 15 days of standby time.

2. App Installation and Pairing

To unlock the full potential of your smartwatch, download and install the "JyouPro" app on your smartphone. The app is compatible with iOS 9.0 or later and Android 8.0 or later.

1. Scan the QR code in the manual (if provided) or search for "JyouPro" in your phone's app store (App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android).
2. Install and open the "JyouPro" app.
3. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
4. In the "JyouPro" app, navigate to the device binding section and search for your G20 Smart Watch.
5. Select your watch from the list of discovered devices to pair. Follow any on-screen prompts to confirm the connection.
6. Once paired, synchronize data and settings through the app.

1. Navigating the Interface

The G20 Smart Watch features a responsive 1.85-inch high-definition color touch screen. Swipe left, right, up, or down to access different functions and menus. Tap to select an option or open an application.

2. Bluetooth Calls and Message Notifications

Once paired with your smartphone, the G20 Smart Watch allows you to make and receive phone calls directly from your wrist. You will also receive notifications for social media, emails, and SMS messages. Please note that this product does not support replying to messages directly from the watch.

• Making Calls: Access the dialer or contacts list on your watch to initiate a call.
• Receiving Calls: When a call comes in, you can answer or reject it directly from the watch screen.

Maintenance

1. Water Resistance (IP67)

The G20 Smart Watch has an IP67 waterproof rating, meaning it is resistant to splashes, rain, and brief immersion in shallow water. It is not suitable for swimming, diving, or showering with hot water. Avoid exposing the watch to high-pressure water or chemicals.

2. Cleaning and Care

Troubleshooting

• Watch not turning on: Ensure the watch is fully charged. Connect it to the charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power it on.
• Cannot pair with phone:
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the watch.
  • Make sure the watch is within the Bluetooth range of your phone.
  • Restart both your phone and the watch.
  • Clear Bluetooth cache on your phone (Android) or forget the device and try pairing again.
• Inaccurate fitness data: Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist, about one finger's width above your wrist bone. Clean the sensor on the back of the watch.
• Notifications not received: Check app permissions on your phone to ensure "JyouPro" has access to notifications. Verify that notifications are enabled within the "JyouPro" app settings.
