The CHIGEE AIO-5 LITE is a comprehensive smart riding display system designed to enhance your vehicle experience. This set includes the AIO-5 LITE main unit and an external tire pressure sensor, providing real-time monitoring of tire pressure and temperature, alongside advanced features like Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and dual camera recording. This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your AIO-5 LITE system.

2. What's in the Box
Please verify that all components are present in your package:
- CHIGEE AIO-5 LITE SET (Main Display Unit, Dual Cameras, Mounting Hardware)
- External Tire Pressure Sensor (1 unit)
3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Main Unit Installation
The AIO-5 LITE main unit is designed for handlebar mounting. Securely attach the provided mounting bracket to your vehicle's handlebar. Ensure the unit is positioned for optimal visibility and accessibility without obstructing your view or controls. Connect the power cable and camera cables as instructed in the quick start guide (not included in this manual).
3.2 External Tire Pressure Sensor Installation
The external tire pressure sensor is designed for easy installation on your vehicle's tire valve stem.
- Unscrew the original valve cap from the tire valve stem.
- Screw the external tire pressure sensor onto the valve stem until it is hand-tight.
- Ensure the sensor is securely fastened to prevent air leakage.
- Repeat for all tires requiring monitoring.

3.3 Initial Setup and Connectivity
After physical installation, power on the AIO-5 LITE unit. Follow the on-screen prompts for initial setup, including language selection and time zone. The unit will automatically attempt to connect to the external tire pressure sensors. Ensure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your smartphone for seamless integration.
Download the official CHIGEE app from your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) by scanning the QR code displayed on the unit or searching for "CHIGEE GO". The app allows for advanced settings, firmware updates, and data management.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Display Interface Overview
The AIO-5 LITE features a clear touchscreen display that provides essential riding information at a glance. The main screen typically shows speed, compass direction, ambient temperature, and real-time tire pressure and temperature readings from the connected sensors. Icons for Car Link (CarPlay/Android Auto), Video (camera functions), Meter (additional data), and Setup are also present for easy navigation.
4.2 CarPlay and Android Auto Functionality
Connect your smartphone wirelessly to the AIO-5 LITE to utilize Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. This allows you to access navigation, music, calls, and messages directly from the unit's display, mirroring your phone's interface for a safer and more convenient experience.

4.3 Dual Camera System
The AIO-5 LITE is equipped with dual 1080p wide-angle cameras (front and rear) for comprehensive recording of your journeys. The system features image stabilization and a SONY IMX307 STARVIS™ CMOS sensor with HDR for clear video adjustments, even in low-light conditions or tunnels.

4.4 Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)
The integrated TPMS continuously monitors your tire pressure and temperature. The display will show real-time readings, and the system will alert you to any significant deviations from optimal levels, helping to ensure riding safety and tire longevity.
4.5 App Integration and Data Management
The CHIGEE GO app allows you to manage recorded videos, view travel data, and adjust various settings of your AIO-5 LITE unit. You can easily share your travel memories and access a connection tutorial within the app.

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the display and unit. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Sensor Battery: The external tire pressure sensors have a replaceable battery with an approximate life of one year. Refer to the sensor's specifications for battery type and replacement instructions.
- Firmware Updates: Regularly check for firmware updates via the CHIGEE GO app to ensure optimal performance and access to new features.
6. Troubleshooting
- Unit Not Powering On: Check power connections and ensure the vehicle's ignition is on.
- Sensors Not Connecting: Ensure sensors are correctly installed and within range. Check sensor batteries. Re-pair sensors through the unit's settings if necessary.
- CarPlay/Android Auto Issues: Ensure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your phone. Restart both the AIO-5 LITE unit and your smartphone.
- Display Unresponsive: Perform a soft reset by holding the power button for 10 seconds.
- Inaccurate Tire Pressure Readings: Ensure sensors are tightly secured. Calibrate sensors if an option is available in the settings.
