5. Setup and Sizing
5.1 Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge both leg attachments using the provided 24V wall charger. The battery indicator lights on the control unit will show charging status. A full charge provides up to 4 hours of operation.
5.2 Fitting the Leg Attachments

To measure your inseam, measure from just below your crotch to your ankle. For thigh circumference, measure around the fullest part, typically mid-thigh.
- Sit down and slide your legs into the attachments.
- Zip up each attachment completely. Ensure a snug but comfortable fit.

The Normatec Elite features intuitive controls on each leg attachment and can be further customized via the Hyperice App.

6.1 Powering On/Off
- To power on: Press and hold the power button on each control unit until the lights illuminate.
- To power off: Press and hold the power button on each control unit until the lights turn off.
6.2 Starting a Session
- Once powered on, the devices will automatically synchronize using HyperSync technology, ensuring a symmetrical massage.
- Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the compression level (1-7). Level 1 is the lowest, 7 is the highest.
- Press the 'Start/Stop' button to begin the compression cycle.
- The default session duration is 15 minutes. You can adjust this via the Hyperice App.

Connect your Normatec Elite to the Hyperice App via Bluetooth for enhanced control and customization:
