5. Setup

5.1 Epilady Speed Setup

  1. Ensure the device is clean and dry.
  2. Connect the power adapter to the Epilady Speed and then plug it into a suitable electrical outlet.
  3. The device is now ready for use.

5.2 Epilady Esthetic Setup

  1. Ensure the device is clean and dry.
  2. Open the battery compartment.
  3. Insert 2 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  4. Close the battery compartment securely.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 General Epilation Tips

  • For best results, ensure hair is between 2-5 mm (0.08-0.2 inches) long. Trim longer hairs if necessary.
  • Exfoliate your skin 24 hours before epilation to prevent ingrown hairs.
  • Hold the skin taut with your free hand to minimize discomfort.
  • Move the epilator slowly against the direction of hair growth.
  • After epilation, moisturize your skin.

6.2 Using the Epilady Speed (Body Epilator)

  1. Plug in the Epilady Speed.
  2. Select your desired operating speed using the switch. Start with the lower speed if you are new to epilation.
  3. Hold the epilator at a 90-degree angle to your skin.
  4. Gently glide the epilator over the skin, moving it in small, circular motions or against the direction of hair growth.
  5. For sensitive areas like underarms or bikini line, use the angled guide if desired.

6.3 Using the Epilady Esthetic (Facial Epilator)

  1. Ensure batteries are correctly inserted.
  2. Turn on the device.
  3. Hold the Epilady Esthetic at a 90-degree angle to your skin.
  4. Gently move the epilator in the opposite direction of hair growth on the desired facial area.
  5. Avoid pressing too hard to prevent skin irritation.

7.1 Cleaning the Epilady Speed
