4.2 App Installation and Connection

The KAWA Mini 3 connects to your smartphone via Wi-Fi for easy control and video management. Download the "KAWA AUTO" app from your device's app store.

  1. Open the KAWA AUTO APP on your smartphone.
  2. Select "KAWA Dash Cam MINI 3" from the device list.
  3. Go to your phone's Wi-Fi settings and connect to the dash cam's Wi-Fi network (e.g., "KAWA_MINI3_XXXX"). The initial password is 12345678.
  4. Return to the KAWA AUTO APP. You may be prompted to authorize the connection by pressing the power button on the dash cam.
  5. Once connected, the device indicator light will turn green, and you can access live view and settings.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Automatic Recording

Once powered on, the KAWA Mini 3 automatically begins loop recording. The oldest videos will be overwritten when the memory card is full.
