5. Setup and Preparation
5.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove the generator from its packaging. Inspect for any damage during shipping. Ensure all included components (Tool Kit) are present.
5.2 Adding Engine Oil
The generator is shipped without engine oil. Before first use, you must add the recommended engine oil.
- Place the generator on a level surface.
- Locate the oil fill cap/dipstick.
- Remove the cap/dipstick and slowly add the recommended oil (refer to specifications for oil type and capacity) until it reaches the upper mark on the dipstick. Do not overfill.
- Securely replace the oil fill cap/dipstick.
5.3 Adding Fuel
Use fresh, unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher.
- Ensure the generator is turned OFF and has cooled down.
- Unscrew the fuel tank cap.
- Slowly pour gasoline into the fuel tank (capacity: 2.5L), being careful not to overfill. Leave a small air gap at the top.
- Securely replace the fuel tank cap.
Warning: Do not smoke or allow open flames near the generator when refueling.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Starting the Generator
- Ensure the generator is on a level surface and away from any obstructions.
- Make sure all electrical devices are disconnected from the generator outlets.
- Turn the fuel cap vent lever to the "ON" position (if applicable).
- Move the choke lever to the "CHOKE" position (for cold starts).
- Turn the engine switch to the "START" position.
- Once the engine starts, slowly move the choke lever to the "RUN" position.
- Allow the generator to warm up for a few minutes before connecting electrical loads.
6.2 Connecting Electrical Devices
Once the generator is running smoothly, you can connect your devices.
- AC 230V Outlets: Plug in your 230V AC appliances. Ensure the total wattage does not exceed the generator's rated output (1100W continuous, 1400W peak).
- DC 12V Outlet: Connect 12V DC devices.
- USB Type-A Outlets: Connect USB cables to charge smartphones, tablets, and other compatible devices.

6.3 ECO-MODE Operation
The ECO-MODE switch allows the generator to automatically adjust engine speed to match the load, improving fuel efficiency and reducing noise.
- To activate ECO-MODE, switch the ECO-MODE lever to the "ON" position.
- The engine speed will decrease when the load is light, and increase when more power is required.
- For maximum power output or when starting high-load devices, it is recommended to turn ECO-MODE "OFF".

6.4 Parallel Operation
Two AIVOLT 1400W Inverter Generators can be connected in parallel to double the available power output. A parallel kit (sold separately) is required for this operation.
- Ensure both generators are turned OFF and cooled.
- Connect the parallel kit cables to the designated parallel operation outlets on both generators.
- Start both generators individually as described in Section 6.1.
- Once both generators are running stably, you can connect your high-power devices to the parallel kit's outlets.
