Wiring Diagram and Recommendations:

Figure 4.1: This diagram illustrates a typical wiring setup for the hybrid solar inverter, including connections for photovoltaic (PV) modules, batteries, AC input (utility/generator), and AC output to household loads.
- PV Connection: Max. PV array open circuit voltage: 450Vdc. Max. PV array power: 6500W. Suggested wire: 10 AWG/6mm². It is recommended to connect solar modules in series.
- Battery Connection: For 48V lead-acid/lithium battery systems. Recommended wire size: 2 AWG Cable/25mm². Recommended Fuse: 150A.
- AC Input: For 230VAC input. Maximum AC input voltage: 300VAC. Maximum AC charging current: 160A. Suggested cable: 10AWG/6mm². Recommended switch: 63A.
- AC Output: For 220V/230V output. Rated output current: 44.3Amp. Suggested cable: 10AWG/6mm². Recommended switch: 63A.
- Important: The inverter's output is 230V. For 110V/120V appliances, a separate converter (not included) is required to step down the voltage.
5. Operation
The inverter offers flexible operation modes to suit various energy needs. The LCD display and function buttons allow for easy configuration and monitoring.
Charging Modes:
The inverter supports four charging modes:
- Solar Priority: Solar power is the primary source for charging batteries and powering loads. Utility power is used only when solar power is insufficient.
- Utility Priority: Utility power is the primary source for charging batteries and powering loads. Solar power is used only when utility power is unavailable.
- Solar and Utility Only: Both solar and utility power are used to charge batteries and power loads.
- Battery & Solar: Prioritizes battery power, supplemented by solar.
