  1. Preparation: Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly. For best results and to prevent clogging, cut larger items into pieces that fit easily into the 4.35-inch wide chute. While the juicer can handle whole fruits, pre-cutting can improve efficiency for very large or fibrous items.
  2. Loading Ingredients: Place your prepared ingredients into the self-feeding hopper. The hands-free design allows you to load a significant amount of produce at once.
  3. Start Juicing: Turn the control knob to the "ON" position. The juicer will begin to process the ingredients at a slow 45 RPM, ensuring maximum nutrient extraction.
  4. Juice and Pulp Collection: Fresh juice will flow into the juice container, and the dry pulp will be expelled into the pulp container.
  5. Reverse Function: If ingredients become clogged, turn the control knob to the "REV" (Reverse) position for a few seconds to clear the blockage. Then, return to "ON" to resume juicing.
  6. Sorbet Function: To make sorbet, ensure the sorbet attachment (if included or purchased separately) is installed. Feed frozen fruit pieces into the chute. The juicer will process them into a refreshing sorbet.
  7. Finish Juicing: Once all ingredients are processed, turn the control knob to the "OFF" position and unplug the appliance.

  1. Disassembly: Unplug the juicer. Disassemble the juicing assembly by rotating the lid and then the main juicing bowl counter-clockwise to unlock them from the motor base. Separate all removable parts: lid, auger, filter, juice bowl, pulp container, and juice container.
  2. Rinsing: Rinse all removable parts under running water immediately after use to prevent pulp from drying and sticking.
  3. Brushing: Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any stubborn pulp from the filter screen and other intricate areas. Pay special attention to the small rubber flap at the bottom of the juice bowl; pull it out to clean the pulp chute, then ensure it is securely pressed back into place to prevent leaks.
  4. Dishwasher Safe: Most removable parts are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended). Refer to the product manual for specific dishwasher compatibility. The motor base should never be put in the dishwasher or submerged in water.
  5. Drying and Storage: Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling or storing the juicer. Store in a clean, dry place.
