Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks on the mirror surface, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Storage: If storing the device for an extended period, disconnect it from power.
  • Battery: The button battery is typically for memory backup. If the time resets after a power outage, the button battery may need replacement. Refer to the product's internal design for battery access.

Troubleshooting

Problem Solution
Clock display is blank. Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the clock and a power source. Check if the power adapter is working.
Alarm does not sound. Verify that the alarm is activated and the volume is not set to zero. Check if the alarm time is correctly set.
Projection is dim or unclear. Adjust the projection brightness levels. Ensure the projection lens is clean and free from obstructions. The projection is best viewed in a dark environment.
FM radio static or poor reception. Extend the antenna fully. Try repositioning the clock to improve signal. Perform an auto-scan to find stronger stations.
Time resets after power disconnection. The internal button battery for memory backup may be depleted. Replace the button battery if accessible, following instructions in the full user manual (if provided separately).
