- The horizontal arm extends approximately 39cm from the center.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Fluid Head Operation

- Panning: Loosen the panning lock knob at the base of the fluid head to rotate the camera 360 degrees horizontally. Tighten to secure.
- Tilting: Use the handle to adjust the camera's vertical angle. Loosen the tilt lock knob, adjust the angle (+90° to -90°), and then tighten the knob.
4.2 Detachable Monopod Function

- Unscrew this leg from the tripod chassis.
- Unscrew the central column from the tripod chassis.
- Attach the detached leg to the central column to form a monopod.
- The monopod height range is 550mm-2400mm (21.65"-94.49").
4.3 Multi-Height Adjustment

Adjust the height by extending the leg sections and the central column. Ensure all flip-locks and central column locks are securely tightened after adjustment.
4.4 Multi-Angle Shooting

- Overhead Shooting: Utilize the horizontal axis feature to position the camera directly above your subject.
- Low-Angle Shooting: Adjust the leg angles to their widest spread and lower the central column for ground-level shots.
- Inverted Shooting: For extreme low angles or macro photography, the central column can be inverted and re-attached to the tripod.
5. Maintenance
- Regularly clean the tripod legs and joints with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and debris.
- Avoid exposing the tripod to extreme temperatures or harsh chemicals.
- Ensure all locking mechanisms are free of obstructions and operate smoothly. If any part feels stiff, a small amount of silicone-based lubricant can be applied to moving parts, avoiding contact with camera mounting surfaces.
- Store the tripod in its carrying case in a dry, cool place when not in use.
6. Troubleshooting
Issue: Tripod feels unstable or wobbly.
- Solution: Ensure all leg sections are fully extended and their flip-locks are securely closed. Verify that the central column locking knob is tightened. Check that the leg angle locks are engaged. For horizontal shooting, ensure the central axis locking knob is firmly secured and consider adding a counterweight if using heavy equipment far from the center.
Issue: Fluid head movements are not smooth.
- Solution: Check if the panning or tilt lock knobs are fully loosened. Clean any dust or grit from the fluid head mechanisms.
Issue: Quick release plate is difficult to attach/detach.
- Solution: Ensure the quick release clamp is fully open. Do not force the plate. If there is resistance, check for any debris in the slot.
