4.1. Dual Power Supply

The pump offers two power options for convenience:

  • Milwaukee 18V Battery Compatibility: Use your existing Milwaukee 18V batteries (battery not included). Features low voltage protection, automatically shutting off below 14.4V to prevent over-discharge and protect battery life.
  • 12V DC Car Connector: Utilize the included 9.5ft 12V DC car power cord for power directly from your vehicle.

4.2. High Performance Inflation

Inflates paddle boards up to 20 PSI in approximately 8 minutes. Delivers a maximum pressure of 20 PSI with an air flow speed of 13 CFM.

4.3. Auto Shut-Off & Digital Display

The backlit LCD screen allows you to set the desired pressure (PSI, KPa, BAR, KG/CM²) using the "+" and "-" buttons. The screen displays the set pressure and monitors real-time pressure, automatically shutting off once the target pressure is reached.

4.4. LED Work Light

A built-in LED light provides illumination for nighttime inflation or use in low-light conditions.

4.5. Dual State Inflation

The pump operates in two stages:

  • Fast Inflation Mode: Below 1 PSI, the pump operates at a higher volume for rapid initial inflation.
  • High-Pressure Mode: Above 1 PSI, the pump switches to a high-pressure mode to reach the desired PSI, which may involve increased noise.

5. Setup

5.1. Powering the Pump

  1. Using a Milwaukee 18V Battery (Not Included):
    • Ensure the battery is fully charged.
    • Align the battery with the battery slot on the pump and slide it in until it clicks securely into place.
    • To remove, press the battery release button and slide the battery out.
  2. Using the 12V DC Car Connector:
    • Plug the 12V DC car power cord into the designated port on the pump.
    • Insert the other end of the car power cord into your vehicle's 12V accessory socket (cigarette lighter socket).

5.2. Attaching the Hose and Nozzle

  1. Identify the correct nozzle for your inflatable item from the 6 included options.
  2. Attach the chosen nozzle to the end of the inflation hose. Ensure it is securely fastened.
  3. For inflation, connect the other end of the hose to the Inflation Port on the pump (typically marked with an arrow pointing outwards or "INFLATE").
  4. For deflation, connect the hose to the Deflation Port on the pump (typically marked with an arrow pointing inwards or "DEFLATE").

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Inflation

  1. Ensure the pump is powered and the hose with the correct nozzle is connected to the Inflation Port.
  2. Connect the nozzle securely to the valve of your inflatable item.
  3. Press the power button () to turn on the pump. The LCD screen will illuminate.
  4. Use the "UNIT" button to select your desired pressure unit (PSI, KPa, BAR, KG/CM²).
  5. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the target pressure. Refer to your inflatable item's manufacturer recommendations for the correct pressure.
  6. Press the "START/STOP" button (▶/■) to begin inflation.
  7. The pump will operate in fast inflation mode initially, then switch to high-pressure mode. The LCD screen will display the real-time pressure.
  8. The pump will automatically shut off once the preset pressure is reached.
  9. Disconnect the nozzle from the inflatable item and turn off the pump.

6.2. Deflation

  1. Ensure the pump is powered and the hose with the correct nozzle is connected to the Deflation Port.
  2. Connect the nozzle securely to the valve of your inflatable item.
  3. Press the power button () to turn on the pump.
  4. Press the "DEFLATE" button (often indicated by an arrow pointing inwards or a specific deflate icon) to begin deflation.
  5. Allow the pump to run until the inflatable item is sufficiently deflated.
  6. Disconnect the nozzle and turn off the pump.

6.3. Using the LED Work Light

Press the dedicated light button (often indicated by a light bulb icon) to turn the LED work light on or off. This is useful for operating the pump in low-light conditions.

8. Troubleshooting
