4.2. Step-by-Step Assembly (Single 6-Tier Unit)

  1. Prepare Components: Lay out all metal frame components, MDF boards, support bars, rubber feet, and anti-tip kits. Wear the provided gloves for protection.
  2. Assemble Base Frame: Connect the bottom beams to the uprights using the interlocking design. Ensure all connections are secure by gently tapping with the hammer.
  3. Install First Shelf: Place the first MDF board onto the assembled base frame. Insert the support bars underneath the MDF board for added stability.
  4. Extend Uprights: Attach the next set of uprights to the top of the first set, extending the height of the unit.
  5. Add Subsequent Shelves: Continue adding beams, MDF boards, and support bars for each subsequent tier, adjusting the height as desired. Ensure each connection is firm.
  6. Complete Top Frame: Attach the top beams to the final set of uprights.
  7. Attach Rubber Feet: Place the rubber feet on the bottom of the uprights to protect your floor.
  8. Install Anti-Tip Kit: Secure the anti-tip kit to the top of the shelving unit and to a wall stud to prevent accidental tipping.

4.3. Assembly as Two Separate Units

To create two shorter units, follow the general assembly steps but use the provided connectors to join the uprights at the desired height for each smaller unit. This allows for flexible placement in different areas.
