Setup and Installation
1. M20521 Toilet Tank Fill Valve Installation
The M20521 fill valve can be configured for either bottom or side water inlet. Ensure the water supply to the toilet is turned off before beginning installation.
- Prepare the Fill Valve: Depending on your toilet tank's water inlet, adjust the fill valve for either bottom or side entry. The valve is designed for easy conversion.

- Insert into Cistern: Place the fill valve into the designated hole in the toilet cistern.

- Connect Water Supply: Attach the flexible water supply hose to the fill valve's inlet. Ensure a tight connection to prevent leaks.

2. M22025-3/8 Angle Valve Installation
The M22025-3/8 angle valve controls the water flow to your toilet. It is designed for easy installation.
- Prepare the Connection Point: Ensure the main water supply is turned off. Clean the threaded pipe coming out of the wall where the angle valve will be installed.
- Apply Thread Sealant: Apply PTFE tape or pipe thread sealant to the male threads of the wall pipe.
- Install the Angle Valve: Screw the M22025-3/8 angle valve onto the wall pipe. Hand-tighten first, then use a wrench to tighten it securely. Ensure the outlet is oriented correctly for connecting the flexible hose to the toilet.

- Connect to Toilet: Connect the flexible water supply hose from the toilet fill valve to the outlet of the angle valve. Tighten securely.
Operating Instructions
1. Water Level Adjustment (M20521 Fill Valve)
The water level in the toilet cistern can be adjusted to optimize water usage and flush performance.
- Remove the cistern lid.
- Locate the water level adjustment mechanism on the M20521 fill valve. This typically involves a screw or a sliding clip.
- Turn the screw or slide the clip to raise or lower the float, which in turn adjusts the water level. Turn clockwise to lower the water level, and counter-clockwise to raise it.
- Flush the toilet to test the new water level. Adjust further if necessary until the desired level is achieved (usually about 1 inch below the overflow tube).
2. Water Flow Control (M22025-3/8 Angle Valve)
The angle valve allows you to control the water supply to the toilet.
- To turn off the water supply to the toilet, turn the handle of the angle valve clockwise until it stops.
- To turn on the water supply, turn the handle counter-clockwise.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning the Fill Valve Filter (M20521)
