3.1 Sizing and Fit

3.2 App Download and Pairing

The mingwear Smart Ring W3 operates with the "ECTRI" APP. Download the app from your device's app store (Android 6.0+ or iOS 11.0+).

• Search for "ECTRI" in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Download and install the application.
• Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or log in.
• Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
• Within the ECTRI app, navigate to the device pairing section and select your Smart Ring W3 from the list of available devices.
• Confirm the pairing on both the app and the ring (if prompted).

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Health Monitoring

The Smart Ring W3 continuously monitors various health parameters. Data is automatically synced to the ECTRI app when connected. You can also initiate manual measurements through the app.

• Heart Rate Monitoring: The ring provides 24-hour automatic heart rate monitoring. View your heart rate data in the ECTRI app.
• Blood Oxygen (SpO2) Monitoring: Continuous blood oxygen monitoring is available. The app can provide high altitude hypoxia warnings.
• Body Temperature Measurement: The ring measures your body temperature throughout the day.
• Sleep Monitoring: The ring automatically tracks your sleep data from 9:30 PM to 12:00 PM the next day. It analyzes deep sleep, light sleep, and awake time, providing insights and suggestions within the app.

4.2 Exercise Tracking

The Smart Ring W3 automatically tracks your exercise status, including steps, distance, and calories burned. Multiple exercise modes are supported, allowing you to view all sports data within the ECTRI app.

4.3 Remote Control Photography

• Open the ECTRI App.
• Navigate to the device page.
• Click the R3 icon to select the remote control photography function.
• Shake your hand to trigger the camera shutter on your connected smartphone.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Charging

The Smart Ring W3 has a battery capacity of 18 Milliamp Hours. A full charge takes approximately 0.5 to 1 hour and provides 3-5 days of use.

• Connect the provided charging cable to the ring and a compatible USB power source.
• Ensure the charging contacts on the ring and cable are clean and dry before charging.

5.2 Waterproofing
