App Installation and Pairing

To unlock the full potential of your smart ring, download the companion app. The ring supports both the "ECTRI" and "JYouPro" applications.

1. Search for "ECTRI" or "JYouPro" in your device's app store (Google Play Store for Android, Apple App Store for iOS).
2. Download and install the application.
3. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your smart ring via Bluetooth. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.

Charging the Smart Ring

Health Monitoring

• Heart Rate (HR): Automatic 24-hour heart rate monitoring.

• Sleep Monitoring: Automatically tracks sleep data from 9:30 pm to 12:00 pm the next day, analyzing sleep quality (deep sleep, light sleep, awake time) and providing suggestions.
