Setup Guide

Connecting to Your Host Device

1. Connect the integrated USB-C cable of the Anker 8-in-1 Hub to a full-function USB-C port on your laptop or compatible device. Ensure the port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode) and Power Delivery for full functionality.

Connecting Peripherals

1. Displays: Connect your monitors to the HDMI and VGA ports on the hub. For optimal performance, use high-quality cables.
   • HDMI 1: Supports up to 4K@60Hz.
   • HDMI 2: Supports up to 4K@30Hz.
   • VGA: Supports up to 1080p@60Hz.

Display Configuration

The Anker 8-in-1 USB-C Hub supports triple display output.

• Windows: Supports both Mirror mode (duplicate display) and Extended mode (separate displays) across multiple monitors.
• macOS: Only supports Mirror mode, displaying the same content across all external monitors. Multi-Stream Transport (MST) is not supported on macOS.

Data Transfer

• No Display Output:

  • Check monitor input settings.
• Flickering Display:

• Slow Data Transfer:

• No Charging:

• Hub Overheating:
