Cleaning the Filter

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your air purifier after filter replacement, consider the following:
- Filter Indicator Light Remains On: Ensure the filter is correctly installed and the filter reset procedure (Step 4 in Installation) has been performed correctly. If the light persists, repeat the reset process.
- Reduced Airflow or Performance: Check if the protective plastic bag has been fully removed from the new filter. Ensure the filter is seated properly within the air purifier. If the filter is old, it may be clogged and require replacement.
- Unusual Odors: A new filter may emit a slight odor initially, which should dissipate quickly. If strong or persistent odors occur, ensure the filter is genuine DAYETTE and installed correctly.
