3. Setup and Assembly
The DMASUN 8732A Exercise Bike comes 70% pre-assembled to facilitate quick setup. The remaining components can typically be installed within 30 minutes.
Assembly Steps:
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out. Verify all components are present against the included parts list.
- Attach Stabilizer Tubes: Secure the front and rear stability tubes to the main frame using the provided hardware.
- Install Pedals: Attach the left and right pedals to the crank arms. Note that pedals are typically marked 'L' for left and 'R' for right, and the left pedal often has a reverse thread.
- Mount Seat: Install the seat post and seat onto the frame.
- Attach Handlebar: Secure the handlebar post and handlebar assembly.
- Connect Digital Display: Connect the digital display unit to the handlebar post and ensure all cables are properly connected.
For a visual guide, refer to the installation video provided by the manufacturer. You will only need to install the handlebar, seat, front and rear stability tubes, and pedals; the frame, flywheel, and crank are pre-assembled.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Adjusting Resistance
The DMASUN 8732A features updated magnetic resistance with a wide adjustable range. Rotate the red knob located on the main frame to increase or decrease resistance. Turn clockwise to increase resistance and counter-clockwise to decrease it. Push the knob down to engage the emergency brake and stop the flywheel immediately.
- 0-20% Resistance: Suitable for warm-up.
- 20%-50% Resistance: Ideal for running simulations.
- 50%-80% Resistance: Effective for fat burning workouts.
- 80%-100% Resistance: For muscle strengthening and intense training.

4.2 Using the Digital Display
The integrated digital display monitors your workout data in real-time.
- SCAN: Automatically cycles through all metrics.
- TIME: Displays the duration of your workout.
- SPEED: Shows your current cycling speed.
- DIST (Distance): Indicates the distance covered during your session.
- CAL (Calories): Estimates calories burned.
- ODO (Odometer): Displays total accumulated distance.
- PULSE: (If applicable) Displays heart rate.
To reset the exercise data, press and hold the 'RESET' button for three seconds. The display will automatically shut down after a period of inactivity to conserve battery power.

4.3 Adjusting Seat and Handlebars
Proper adjustment of the seat and handlebars is crucial for comfort and effective exercise.
- Seat Adjustment: The seat can be adjusted four ways (up/down and forward/backward) to accommodate users from 4.8 ft to 6.3 ft in height. Loosen the adjustment knobs, slide the seat to the desired position, and tighten securely.
- Handlebar Adjustment: The handlebars can be adjusted two ways (up/down) to suit your preferred riding posture. Loosen the adjustment knob, move the handlebars, and tighten firmly.

4.4 Additional Features

5. Maintenance
