4. Setup
4.1 Charging the Battery
Before first use, fully charge the bike light. The device features a built-in 400mAh Li-ion battery.
- Locate the USB charging port on the light.
- Connect the provided USB charging cable to the light and to a standard USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter).
- The four blue indicator lights will show charging progress, each representing 25% capacity. All four lights will be solid when fully charged.

4.2 Mounting the Light
The G Keni bike light offers two primary mounting options:
- Under the Saddle (with Metal Mounting Bracket):
- Attach the metal bracket to the saddle rails using the provided hardware.
- Slide the bike light onto the bracket until it securely clicks into place.
- To the Seat Post (with Adjustable Silicone Strap):
- Secure the silicone strap mount to your bike's seat post.
- Attach the bike light to the silicone strap mount. Ensure it is firmly attached and facing rearward.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
Press and hold the power button located on the light to turn it on or off.
5.2 Changing Light Modes
Once powered on, short press the power button to cycle through the four available light modes:
- Normal Flash Mode
- Breathing Flash Mode
- Fast Flash Mode
- Steady On Mode

5.3 Smart Features
- Brake Sensing: The light automatically brightens to ultra-bright mode for 5 seconds when braking is detected.
- Light Sensing (Auto ON/OFF): In Normal Flash and Breathing Flash modes, the light will automatically turn off in bright conditions (daylight) and turn on in dark conditions. If you require the taillight to remain on during daytime, select Fast Flash or Steady On mode.
- Motion Sensing (Auto ON/OFF): The light will automatically turn off after 30 seconds of no motion. It will automatically turn back on when motion is detected.
- Adjusting Brightness (Steady On Mode): While in Steady On mode, long press the power button to adjust the brightness level.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the light with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Charging: Recharge the battery regularly, especially if the light will not be used for an extended period, to maintain battery health.
- Storage: Store the light in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Water Resistance: While IPX6 waterproof, avoid prolonged submersion in water. Ensure the USB port cover is securely closed to maintain water resistance.
