2. Important Safety Instructions

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, always follow these basic precautions:

• Read all instructions before using the appliance.
• Place the humidifier on a firm, flat, water-resistant surface away from walls and heat sources.
• Do not immerse the unit in water or other liquids.
• Unplug the humidifier before filling, cleaning, or moving it.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Use only clean, cool tap water or distilled water. Do not use hot water.
• Add essential oils only to the dedicated aroma diffuser tray. Do not add oils directly into the water tank.
• Ensure the mist outlet is not blocked.

4. Setup and First Use

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the humidifier from its packaging. Retain all packaging materials for future storage or transport.
2. Placement: Place the unit on a flat, stable, water-resistant surface at least 15 cm (6 inches) away from walls and furniture. Ensure the mist outlet is not directed at walls or electronics.
3. Fill Water Tank:
   • Remove the top cover.
   • Pour clean, cool tap water or distilled water directly into the water tank opening. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
   • Replace the top cover securely.

4. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. The unit will beep once, and the display will illuminate briefly.
5. Aroma Diffuser (Optional): If desired, add a few drops of essential oil to the dedicated aroma diffuser tray located on the side or back of the unit. Do not add oils directly into the water tank.

1. Power On: Press the Power button. The unit will start operating in the last used mode or default to low mist.
2. Adjust Mist: Press the Mist Level button repeatedly to cycle through low, medium, and high mist settings.
3. Set Humidity: Press the Humidity button to select your desired humidity level. The unit will cycle through preset percentages. Once set, the humidifier will automatically turn on/off to maintain this level.
4. Warm Mist: Press the Warm Mist button to activate the warm mist function. Allow a few minutes for the mist to warm up.
5. Timer: Press the Timer button to set an auto-off timer. Each press adds one hour, up to 12 hours.
6. Auto Mode: Press the Auto Mode button for the humidifier to intelligently maintain an optimal humidity level.
7. Night Mode: Press the Night Mode button to dim the display and operate quietly.
8. Power Off: Press the Power button again to turn off the humidifier.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning is crucial for optimal performance and hygiene. Always unplug the unit before cleaning.

6.1 Daily Maintenance

• Empty and rinse the water tank daily.
• Wipe the mist outlet and exterior surfaces with a clean, damp cloth.

6.2 Weekly Cleaning

1. Unplug and Disassemble: Unplug the humidifier. Remove the top cover and empty any remaining water from the tank and base.
2. Clean Water Tank:
   • Fill the tank halfway with water and add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar.
   • Shake gently and let it sit for 30 minutes.
   • Empty the tank and rinse thoroughly with clean water until the vinegar smell is gone.
3. Clean Base Unit:
   • Pour a small amount of white vinegar onto the heating element (for warm mist) and the transducer.
   • Let it soak for 10-15 minutes to loosen mineral deposits.
   • Gently scrub with a soft brush or cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
   • Rinse the base thoroughly with clean water, ensuring no water enters the air outlet.
4. Aroma Diffuser Tray: Clean the aroma diffuser tray with a damp cloth.
5. Dry: Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling.

Note: The humidifier features silver ion sterilization. While this helps reduce bacteria, regular manual cleaning is still necessary to prevent mineral buildup and maintain performance.
