Setup

1. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge your SOUYIE Smart Watch. Connect the provided USB magnetic charging cable to the charging contacts on the back of the watch and to a standard USB power adapter (not included).

• Charging Time: Approximately 2 hours for a full charge.
• Battery Life: Up to 7-10 days of typical usage; up to 30 days standby time.

2. App Installation and Pairing

To unlock the full functionality of your smart watch, download and install the FitCloudPro app on your smartphone.

1. Enable Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
2. Download App: Scan the QR code below or search for "FitCloudPro" in your phone's app store (Google Play Store for Android, Apple App Store for iOS).

3. Open App: Launch the FitCloudPro app and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or log in.
4. Add Device: Within the app, navigate to the "Device" section and select "Add Device" or "Discover new device".
5. Select Watch: Your watch should appear in the list (e.g., "P109"). Tap on it to initiate pairing.
6. Confirm Pairing: A Bluetooth pairing request will appear on your phone. Confirm by tapping "Pair".
7. Allow Notifications: Grant permission for the app to display notifications from your phone to the watch.

Operating Instructions

Basic Navigation

• Touchscreen: Swipe left/right, up/down, and tap to navigate menus and select options.
• Side Button(s): Typically used for power on/off, returning to the home screen, or accessing specific functions. Refer to the watch interface for specific button assignments.

Bluetooth Calling and Notifications

Once paired, your smart watch supports Bluetooth calls and displays notifications from your smartphone.

• Making/Receiving Calls: Use the built-in microphone and speaker to answer or make calls directly from your watch. Access contacts, call logs, and a dial pad on the watch.
• Smart Notifications: Receive alerts for incoming calls, text messages, and app notifications (e.g., Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Messenger) directly on your watch display.
• Note: To control audio independently between your phone and smartwatch, turn off "Media Audio" in your phone's Bluetooth settings for the watch connection.
