Important Safety Information

• Read all instructions before using the appliance.
• DANGER – To avoid possible electric shock, special care should be taken when handling water near the appliance. For each of the following situations, do not attempt to repair yourself; return the appliance to an authorized service facility for service or discard the appliance.
• If the appliance falls into water, DO NOT reach for it. Unplug it first and then retrieve it. If electrical components get wet, unplug the appliance immediately.

Operating Instructions

Once the filter is set up and powered on, it will begin filtering your aquarium water. Here are key operational features:

• UV Lamp Timer: The built-in UV lamp features a timer for automatic on/off settings. You can set it to operate for 4, 8, or 24-hour intervals. This helps inhibit germ growth and remove algae.
• Flow Adjustment Valve: Use the flow adjustment knob on the filter head to regulate the water flow rate. You can adjust it from maximum to minimum, or even shut it off completely for maintenance without disconnecting hoses.
