Operating Instructions

General Operation

  1. Plug In: Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet. The red indicator light will illuminate, indicating the appliance has power.
  2. Preheat: Close the lid and allow the appliance to preheat. The green indicator light will illuminate when the unit has reached its operating temperature (approximately 428°F), typically within 3 minutes.
  3. Place Food: Carefully open the lid and place your food item onto the lower nonstick cooking plate.
  4. Cook: Close the lid. The appliance will cook your food using heat from both the top and bottom plates. Cooking times will vary depending on the food type and desired doneness.
  5. Remove Food: Once cooked, carefully remove the food using heat-resistant utensils.
  6. Unplug: After use, unplug the appliance from the outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning or storing.

Specific Applications

The Chefman Everything Maker is designed for a wide range of foods. Here are some common uses:

  • Pizza: Place a 12-inch pizza (fresh or frozen) directly on the preheated lower plate. Close the lid and cook until the crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly. Cooking times may vary from 5-15 minutes.

Maintenance and Cleaning
